The highly specialized and sensitive task of decommissioning, purchasing, and preparing a multi-ton superconducting magnet for secure transport.
Our Solution:
This project focused on the heart of an MRI system: the superconducting magnet. Our process involves a highly technical sequence of operations, including the controlled de-energizing ("ramping down") of the powerful magnet and the safe management of its cryogenic systems. Following these critical steps, our team expertly rigged the massive cryostat, securing it within a custom-built, heavy-duty crate for safe and stable transport.
