Decommissioning a Linear Accelerator requires specialized knowledge. For this project, we purchased a Varian LINAC, providing the hospital with a single, expert partner. Our team, trained in handling high-precision radiotherapy equipment, carefully disassembled the C-arm gantry, treatment head, and massive counterweight. Each step, from managing the intricate electronics to rigging the multi-ton components, was handled with the utmost care to ensure a safe and successful removal.
