Managing the simultaneous purchase, dismantling, and removal of multiple high-energy radiotherapy systems as part of a major departmental upgrade.
Our Solution:
This large-scale project involved the acquisition and removal of multiple LINACs from Manipal Hospital. Our team executed a coordinated, multi-unit decommissioning plan. We systematically dismantled each C-arm gantry, treatment head, patient couch, and heavy counterweight. The project culminated in the logistical management and transport of a high volume of equipment, showcasing our capacity to handle major, facility-wide upgrades.
