Key Challenge:
The complete dismantling of a heavy, C-arm gantry radiation therapy system from a university-based oncology department.
Our Solution:
This project involved the acquisition and removal of a large C-arm LINAC. Our team systematically broke down the machine, beginning with the complex treatment head and the massive counterweight used to balance the gantry. The multi-ton rotating gantry was then expertly disassembled and removed, ensuring the entire process was conducted safely and efficiently within the college's clinical facility.
