The decommissioning of a multi-ton, high-precision radiosurgery system, requiring a heavy-lift crane operation for removal from the facility.
Our Solution:
For this project, we managed the acquisition and removal of another Elekta Gamma Knife. After meticulously dismantling the patient positioning system and the main spherical gantry inside the hospital, our team coordinated a seamless crane operation. The multi-ton, heavily shielded components were expertly rigged, lifted, and loaded for transport, showcasing our end-to-end management of complex logistics and heavy machinery.
