We were selected by GT Hospital to manage the acquisition and removal of their GE CT scanner. Our process began with the systematic dismantling of the patient couch and control consoles. The core of the operation involved carefully removing the outer covers of the gantry to access and safely deconstruct the internal rotating assembly, which houses the X-ray tube and detector arrays. The entire project was executed efficiently to minimize downtime in a critical department.
