Project – Purchase of Fire-Damaged GE CT and Shimadzu Gamma Camera

Key Challenge:
The simultaneous purchase and removal of two different imaging systems, one of which was located in a severely fire-damaged section of the hospital.
Our Solution:
This project involved two distinct operations. The first was the careful dismantling of a functional Shimadzu Gamma Camera from a clean, operational room. The second, more complex operation was the recovery of a fire-damaged GE CT scanner from a soot-covered, hazardous environment. Our team utilized different protocols for each machine, demonstrating our versatility in handling both standard and non-standard (hazardous) decommissioning projects
