Our Solution:
This project involved the acquisition of another Elekta Gamma Knife, a machine we have extensive experience with. Our team systematically disassembled the heavily shielded spherical gantry and its integrated patient positioning system. The process required careful coordination and rigging to manage the multi-ton components safely within the hospital's existing infrastructure before they were lifted and transported for recycling.
