Project – Turnkey Decommissioning of a Siemens LINAC & Foundation Removal

Key Challenge:
The complete end-to-end removal of a LINAC, which included not only the multi-ton machine itself but also its deep-set, reinforced concrete and steel foundation.
Our Solution:
This project was a comprehensive, two-phase operation. First, our technicians expertly dismantled the Siemens ONCOR gantry, patient couch, and all associated electronics. Once the machine was removed, our civil work team took over. Using heavy-duty jackhammers and cutting tools, we systematically broke up the reinforced concrete floor and extracted the massive, embedded steel base plate, a critical step that many recyclers are not equipped to handle.
